White Chicken Chili

Turn a chilly night into a chili night! This dish will warm you up & satisfy your hungriest crowd! A hearty stew with tomatoes, chicken, white beans and a Southwestern flair; serve with a side salad and dinner is done!

 

Almond Crusted Pork Tenderloin with Cranberry Apple Conserve

A Chef’s Table guest favorite….this dish is fancy enough for holiday guests or an elegant evening with family.  Juicy pork tenderloin is crusted with herbs, breadcrumbs and almonds and is ready to go in the oven.  Top with our sweet and spicy (not hot spicy) conserve. 

 

Grilled Top Sirloin with Horseradish Dijon Butter

Juicy top sirloin steaks marinated and ready for the grill, oven or sauté pan.  Top them with a compound butter that is a perfect complement to the beef. It doesn’t get better than this!

 

Tuscan Roasted Chicken with Peppered Apples and Honey

A savory, spicy, sweet roast chicken…the aromas of herbs swirl with the scent of soy sauce and honey, moistened with tender apples and a hint of tartness. Do we have your attention yet? Is your mouth watering? You won’t be disappointed.

 

Cumin Crusted Striped Bass with Cilantro Lime Butter

This tender fish dish is perfect fusion of flavors and is ready for the oven; just 10-15 minutes and dinner is ready! Light and flavorful.

 

Italian Meatloaf with Sun-dried Tomato Gravy

Meatloaf gone “upscale!”  This dish is made with leaner ground beef, fresh herbs and lots of Italian flavor.  We love the leftovers on sandwiches; brown-bagging will never be the same.  You’ll be the envy of your office!

Shrimp Provencal

Not the typical French dish—this one is seasoned with wine, sun-dried tomatoes and olives.  Can you possibly go wrong?  Cooks in minutes!

Broccoli, Tomato, and Swiss Cheese Pie (Vegetarian)

This is a McCormick family favorite & it will become a favorite of yours as well! The flavors in this dish are fantastic and the veggies are healthy. A side salad and you have a balanced meal that is also very tasty!!
