Entrees:  

Crispy Chicken Breasts with Honey Dijon Dipping Sauce

This “baked in the oven” chicken is a low-fat alternative to fried chicken but doesn’t sacrifice one ounce of flavor!  Guaranteed to become a family favorite! 

 

Pork Tenderloin Medallions with Balsamic-Fig Sauce

This makes for an elegant meal on a cool winter evening-a fabulous combination of flavors.  This dish is great for the oven or the grill.

 

Shrimp Provencal

Not the typical French dish—this one is seasoned with wine, sun-dried tomatoes and olives.  Can you possibly go wrong?  Cooks in minutes!

 

Wasabi-Miso Marinated Flank Steak

Not too spicy but oh so tasty!  The miso and wasabi make for big, big flavors.  Marinated and ready for your oven or grill. 

 

Rosemary and Buttermilk Marinated Pork Chops with Apple Chutney

Here’s an old-fashioned flavor with a hint of lemon and rosemary. Six tender chops grill or oven ready!

 

Broiled Tilapia with Parmesan “Caesar” Glaze

These tender, boneless fillets are topped with an herbed glaze and a sprinkle of aged Parmesan cheese.  They come out of the oven bubbling and golden brown.  Mmmmm.

 

Mediterranean Meatballs served with Herbed Israeli Couscous

Cilantro, cinnamon and cumin spiced meatballs, using lean beef, with a fragrant, tomato sauce served over large grain couscous. Fully cooked. (This is one of our favorites!)

 

Spicy Cumin Crusted Chicken with Orange Chipotle Sauce

Spicy-flavorful, not spicy-hot-- this chicken dish has a smoky, citrus infused sauce.  It is great on the grill or a quick finish in the oven.  Dinner is served!

Chocolate Nirvana Cake with Raspberry Sauce A rich “death by chocolate” cake paired with raspberry…a classic combination made in heaven!

Smokey Roasted Red Pepper Hummus

A wonderful burst of flavors ready to serve with your favorite crackers or chips.

We will begin taking reservations on Monday, January 28th for the following sessions:                                         

Pre-assembled pick-up only:

Saturday, February 9th 11:00am - 1:00pm

Monday, February 11th 5:00pm - 7:00pm

 

*Reservation cut off is Saturday, February 2nd at 6pm or until we fill up.

 

                               

Please place a minimum order of five entrees. We can accommodate any orders of 5 entrees or more.

Each entrée serves 4-6 people.

 

12 entrée package: $222

8 entrée package: $152

5 entrée package: $97

 

Additional entrees are available for $19.50 each.
